KEY PROJECT ELEMENTS
Main Gate:  6 M x 2 M Edwardian style wrought iron double gate with remote activation, security keypad, and intercom.
Perimeter Railings:   M x 120M Edwardian style wrought iron railings.

KEY CHALLENGES
This project was conducted over a period of 18 months and took over 2000 man hours to complete. All external features were powder coated for durability, longevity and reduced long-term maintenance. The severely damaged state of the wrought iron required a lot of sandblasting and reassembly of many component elements as well as fabrication of new sections to replace damaged or corroded parts.
