KEY PROJECT ELEMENTS
Main Gate:  6 M x 2 M Edwardian style wrought iron double gate with remote activation, security keypad, and intercom.
Perimeter Railings:   M x 120M Edwardian style wrought railings.
External staircase:  2M diameter x 3M high (23 steps) with locking security gate . 
Internal Staircase and Balustrade:   1.5M wide x 6M high staircase with wrought iron balustrade highlighted in gold leaf.
Wine Storage Rack:  Purpose built wine storage rack designed to hold 125 standard size wine bottles 
Garden Arches: 5 Pointed Garden arches with integrated planters designed for the propagation of flowering climbers.

KEY CHALLENGES
This project was conducted over a period of 18 months and took over 2000 man hours to complete. All external features were powder coated for durability, longevity and reduced long-term maintenance.
